Preening Waterbirds

A pair of double-crested cormorants (Phalacrocorax auritus) and white pelicans (Pelecanus erythrorhynchos) are seen preening and resting in the wetlands. This photo was taken at Ruby Lake National Wildlife Refuge, Nevada.
